Iowa 99 County Bible Reading Marathon

Please mark your calendars for the second annual 99 County Bible Reading Marathon which will take place at the Butler County Courthouse on Saturday, September 16, at 9:00 a.m. All volunteers are asked to bring their own Bible (any version), a lawn chair and possible rain gear. There will be a sign-in table where groups of two and three will be given a section of Scripture to read out loud somewhere on the courthouse grounds. If we do not finish on the 16th, we will meet again at 9:00 the following week. We cherish the Word of God and our First Amendment freedoms that allow us to do this. We hope you will catch the fire of our excitement and plan to be a part of this very historic occasion!
